Virtual On site is a service that Sirius Networks provides from our data center without being at your site. Through use of sophisticated tools we are able to resolve application problems, install patches, modify server parameters and perform maintenance as if we were at your site. This allows for immediate problem resolution without waiting for an engineer to travel to your site. Gone are the days of accumulating a task list to fill an entire days worth of work.
You can now call with any problem and get it resolved immediately, whether it takes 5 minutes or an hour. You only get charged for the time it takes to resolve the problem. We can generally perform 90% of our work remotely.
